Terms of Use

By downloading or using Crown Logic ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

  1. License. yinqiaoyin grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
  2. Fair play. Don't tamper with the App, its servers or daily rankings (for example by submitting fake results or automating play). We may exclude suspicious results from rankings.
  3. Purchases. "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. You can restore it on your devices via Settings → Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  4. Virtual items. Hints and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  5. Availability. The App works offline. Online features (daily rankings, puzzle updates) are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued.
  6. Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties, and yinqiaoyin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
  7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

下载或使用 Crown Logic（以下简称“本应用”）即表示你同意本条款。

  1. 许可。 yinqiaoyin 授予你个人、非独占、不可转让的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用，并受 Apple 媒体服务条款及“许可应用最终用户许可协议”（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）约束。
  2. 公平游戏。 请勿篡改本应用、服务器或每日排名（例如提交虚假成绩或自动化操作）。我们可能将可疑成绩排除在排名之外。
  3. 购买。 “去广告（Remove Ads）”是由 Apple 处理的一次性非消耗型购买，可在 设置 → Restore Purchases 中恢复。退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。
  4. 虚拟物品。 提示等游戏内物品不具有货币价值，不能兑换现金。
  5. 可用性。 本应用可离线使用。在线功能（每日排名、题目更新）按“现状”提供，可能变更或停止。
  6. 免责声明。 在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”提供，不作任何保证；yinqiaoyin 不对因使用本应用产生的间接或附带损失承担责任。
  7. 条款变更。 我们可能更新本条款，继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
